Colac Area Health is able to provide NDIS participants the following services and support items based on organisation capacity:
- Therapeutic Assessments – Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy/Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry and Speech Pathology
- Paediatric Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy – Early Childhood Intervention
- Dietitian Consultation and Diet Plan Development
- Continence Aids: assessment, recommendation and training delivered by a Nurse
- Community Nursing Care Assessment
- Group/Centre Based Activities – Social Support and Community/Civic Participation (in a group and individual)

As Colac Area Health is not a registered NDIS provider, please ensure that the services on your plan are Self-Managed or Plan-Managed.
