Colac Area Health is able to provide NDIS participants the following services and support items:
- Therapeutic Supports- Assessment, Recommendation, Therapy and/or Training – Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Speech Pathology
- Paediatric Speech Pathologist – Early Childhood Intervention
- Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Early Childhood Intervention
- Dietitian Consultation and Diet Plan Development
- Therapy Assistant – Level 2
- Continence aids: assessment, recommendation, and training delivered by a nurse
- Community Nursing Care – Individual Assessment and Support by a Nurse
- Group/Centre Activities-Social Community and Civic Participation – in a group (center and community) and individual – weekdays
As Colac Area Health is not a registered NDIS provider, please ensure that the services on your plan are Self Managed or Plan Managed.
