Cradle to Kinder is an early intervention program designed to address the needs of vulnerable children and families.<\/p>\n
It targets pregnant women under 25 years and provides supports through to when the child reaches four years of age.<\/p>\n
The support promotes child safety and stability and works to improve parenting capacity and \u00a0promote positive parent child relationships and attachment. It works to increase a family connection to culture and community. The program emphasises a model of putting the child at the centre of the work.<\/p>\n
Referrals can be made through the Orange Door Access Point\u00a0Colac.
