Cradle to Kinder is an early intervention program designed to address the needs of vulnerable children and families.
It targets pregnant women under 25 years and provides supports through to when the child reaches four years of age.
The support promotes child safety and stability and works to improve parenting capacity and promote positive parent child relationships and attachment. It works to increase a family connection to culture and community. The program emphasises a model of putting the child at the centre of the work.
Referrals can be made through the Orange Door Access Point Colac. There is no cost to the family.
