Return attached form (at end of newsletter) with a maximum 200 word explanation as to why you are nominating the volunteer, where they volunteer and their name. The receiver of the award will be decided by a panel and announced at the Christmas lunch 2018.

Feel free to nominate more than one person as you all deserve recognition and this is voted by staff and you the volunteer, so let’s have some fun and acknowledge the great work you all do and celebrate!
