The Palliative Care Team have been given a boost with two new Oxygen Concentrators thanks to the generosity of donors who are dedicated to making life easier for seriously ill patients. With Covid19 impacting supply of such equipment, they have been a long time coming but are now being put to good use. Community Nurse Manager, Kate Wales, said “The Oxygen Concentrators will benefit patients who require the support of supplement oxygen in the home and they are in high demand at the moment. We are very thankful for the support.”
The Foundation has also received other donations in recognition of the fantastic work performed by the Palliative Care team who continue to go ‘above and beyond’. Congratulations!
