Part Time – 18 Hours per week Until 08/09/2023

We are currently seeking applicants for the role of Reception/Call Centre Officer.

The successful applicant will be a driven individual who thrives on providing exceptional service. You will be required to work additional hours when required to assist with leave coverage.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Outstanding customer service and friendly, professional phone manner
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong administration/secretarial skills
  • Excellent problem solving ability
  • High level of computer literacy: sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Kind, empathetic nature
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workload
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
